When working with children, my goal is to to support relationships where both parent and child feel appreciated, acknowledged, loved and understood. It’s my passion to help children and families move beyond stumbling blocks and articulate underlying feelings, wants, and needs. I believe with support, encouragement, and the right tools, anyone can thrive!

With broad range of experience working alongside children, young people and adults across the private sector, I apply a number of solution focused strategies in addressing and assessing issues such anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties, social difficulties and school refusal.

As as a trained facilitator, I offer parenting and child focused workshops to address topics such as:

  • Anxiety management
  • Behavioural Difficulties
  • Study Skills

Being a mother myself, I understand what it is like constantly worrying if you are doing the best job possible for your child. My passion is to help children make easy and stress free transitions that will guide and benefit them as they progress from childhood into their adult lives.
